Hey Guys!!! WOW! What a Prime Day! I hope you absolutely CRUSHED IT! Now, that the insanity is winding down, it's a good time to start thinking about ways you can improve your business. I wanted to share a quick tip that's been helping me optimize my clients' sales copy and generate more verified reviews. It has to do with increasing customer engagement by providing added value.

Let's say you sell resistance bands. Well, workout bands can be used for many different types of exercises (pull-ups, full body workouts, physical therapy, powerlifting), in many types of settings (gym, home, while traveling), and by all types of people (personal trainers, weekend warriors, stay at home parents, seniors). SO, by better understanding your customers, the better you'll be able to tailor your sales copy to address their exact needs and the more sales you will make! But, how do you do this?

Simple, by sending a quick post-purchase poll in your email follow-up sequence and then providing added value upon completion. For example, this poll can be as simple as (1. How do you plan to use your bands - a. pull-ups, b. full body workouts, c. physical therapy, d. powerlifting? 2. Where do you plan to use your bands - a. gym, b. home, c. while traveling? 3. Describe your fitness level - a. personal trainer, b. weekend warrior, c. stay at home parent, d. senior?). Then, when they reply with this valuable info., you can send them a free training guide on how to better use your bands. A win-win, for everyone!

In addition to creating increased customer engagement, you will also see the numbers of reviews increase as your customers feel more comfortable with you and the added value you bring. When you then ask for a review, you can provide an additional piece of value like a free recipe plan. Now, with the increased customer engagement and added value, you're sure to increase the number of reviews coming in!

Overall, if you can think of a simple way to increase customer engagement, the more comfortable they will feel with you. The more comfortable they feel with you, the more likely they are to provide you with critical information about their exact needs.
